A consortium of Vancouver organizations led by the Vancouver Public Library and Vancouver School District is moving to establish Vancouver as a "Learning City," which involves establishing a set of baseline metrics and collaborative programs to enable measurable enhancements to the literacy levels and learning engagement that will foster general prosperity for the city.
