Professional Development for Educators

EPLT works with the Faculty of Education departments and school districts to deliver professional development programs in BC school districts (off-campus). In a certificate program, students typically complete 5 courses that provide "the basics" in an area of curriculum and practice. The particular courses are often determined in consultation between the faculty and a school district.

To receive a certificate, each student is responsible for completing the required courses as outlined on the certificate program webpage. Once the student has completed the requirements it is their responsibility to contact External Programs & Learning Technologies to issue the Certificate of Completion.

Certificate programs can be applied towards TQS advancement, learn how.
